Assessing the technical feasibility of features helps evaluate ideas, budget, and timeline while laying the right foundation for the project.

Drafting of a brief

Audit and recommendations on digital positioning and brand messaging, along with the creation of a strategic and functional brief (objectives, features, integrations, constraints), ensuring compliance with GDPR, accessibility, and eco-responsibility standards.

FAQ
Do I have to go through a consulting service to complete my project?

The consulting phase is included in all services offered by Colibrity. However, you can also benefit from it independently, without necessarily committing to a full project. This step is essential as it deepens the understanding of your business, market, and competitors, helping define a clear and relevant strategy. Together, we select the most suitable technologies for your needs, including innovative and immersive solutions such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), or artificial intelligence (AI), when relevant.

At the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear project brief, an interactive prototype, and a functional structure for your website or application, with features identified and costed when needed.

Will I have a dedicated contact person?

Several consultants will contribute to your project, each an expert in their respective field (strategy, UX, technology, etc.). However, a lead consultant will be assigned to you as your main point of contact, guiding you throughout the entire process – from strategic planning to implementation.

I already have a website - can consulting still be useful for me?

Yes, absolutely. Consulting can help you improve your existing website, rethink its positioning, optimize user journeys, or integrate new features and technologies. It also helps identify conversion barriers and guide future actions on a solid strategic foundation.

How much time should be planned for the consulting phase?

In general, the consulting phase lasts about one month.

How does the project unfold?

The work is divided into 3 to 4 workshops of 2 to 4 hours each with you. During these sessions, we present our ideas, gather your feedback, and move forward step by step. Between workshops, our team works internally to refine analyses, formalize concepts, and prepare deliverables.

What are the deliverables at the end of the project?

You will receive either concrete recommendations with improvement proposals, or prototypes accompanied by a list of features to be developed – costed and ready to be integrated into a project.

Do you also support user testing?

Yes. We conduct qualitative user tests with a small sample group (usually up to five participants) to validate or adjust concepts before implementation. For more extensive or quantitative testing, we collaborate with specialized partners.

I’m already working with another agency - is your consulting service compatible?

Absolutely. Our service is fully compatible with support from another agency. At the end of our consulting phase, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive document containing strategic recommendations, defined structures, and/or prototypes that your agency can use for technical implementation.
